Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By purchasing or using a service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Review Response & Safety Policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business and profiles you identify.

2. Services, billing, renewal, and cancellation

AI Search Presence Review. $595 one time for one business location. The standard Review includes 10 customer-intent searches across ChatGPT and Google AI search, comparison with up to three relevant competitors, review of the business website, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and up to five additional relevant sources selected by epikoin, plus a 5–7 page findings report with prioritized recommendations and Top 5 Recommended Actions. Typical delivery is within five business days after epikoin receives the information needed to begin. The Review does not include implementation, technical SEO, schema implementation, website development, full content strategy, advanced integrations, additional locations, unlimited competitors or searches, or any guarantee of AI ranking, recommendation, or citation.

AI Search Presence Setup. $895 one time and available only after completion of an epikoin AI Search Presence Review. Setup includes up to five highest-priority in-scope actions identified in the Review. One action means one defined correction, creation, or optimization task on one source or profile. Setup may also include up to two copy-ready website sections of approximately 400 words each, with one round of factual corrections, plus a final consistency review. Client-side identity, video, phone, or other verification steps remain the client’s responsibility. Third-party processing time is outside epikoin’s active delivery time. Website coding, full page rewrites, technical SEO, schema, paid directory fees, large-scale directory submission, API work, custom software, advanced integrations, or guaranteed AI outcomes are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.

AI Search Presence Monitoring. $349 per quarter and available only after an epikoin AI Search Presence Review establishes a baseline. Each quarterly cycle retests the same 10 priority searches across ChatGPT and Google AI search, compares the same three competitors, reviews up to five priority external sources, and includes up to two straightforward profile or listing corrections when access and platform rules allow. Monitoring is a change review, not a new full audit each quarter, and does not include unlimited corrections, website development, technical SEO, full content production, ongoing SEO management, custom implementation, or unlimited strategy calls.

Google Business Profile Setup & Optimization. $199 one time per location and may include creation, completion, cleanup, organization, and standard verification guidance. Reinstatement support, appeals, ownership disputes, repeated verification assistance, and platform outcomes are not included or guaranteed.

Google Business Profile Updates. $129 per month per location and includes up to four text-based profile posts developed from client-provided updates, approved business information, and relevant evergreen content; one monthly accuracy review; holiday or special-hours updates; and up to two routine factual changes. It excludes graphic design, photography, video, paid advertising, social-media management, SEO or ranking guarantees, verification, reinstatement, ownership disputes, and unlimited revisions or changes unless separately agreed in writing.

Reputation Management. $299 per month per location for up to 30 new Google reviews per month. epikoin flags the account when it reaches 25 new reviews in a month. Additional eligible reviews above 30 are $10 each and are invoiced separately. Where eligible employee-feedback data is supplied from an authorized source, the standard service includes up to three employer-review response drafts per month for client approval; additional drafts may be separately scoped. One subscription covers one location.

Customer Service Workflow Review. $1,495 one time for one business unit, one primary owner or manager contact, and up to three customer-service workflows. The standard engagement includes one 60-minute working session, a high-level review of how existing tools support the selected workflows based on information supplied by the client, review of up to five relevant documents or approximately 25 pages of client-provided materials, a 6–8 page action report, and one 30-minute findings review. Factual corrections are included; a second analytical round is not. epikoin does not log into client systems, audit configurations, review integrations, perform feature audits, implement recommendations, build automations, configure software, conduct employee interviews, provide training, develop SOPs, or perform multi-department or multi-location transformation unless separately agreed in writing. Typical delivery is within seven business days after the working session and receipt of required information.

Stripe may process payment for services available through checkout. Monthly recurring services renew monthly until canceled; AI Search Presence Monitoring, when purchased as a recurring service, renews quarterly until canceled. You may cancel an eligible recurring service through the Stripe customer portal or another cancellation method we provide; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, for billing error, a declined account, or termination by epikoin without cause, fees are nonrefundable and unused time is not prorated. We provide legally required renewal reminders and notice of material price changes, generally 7–30 days before they take effect.

3. Eligibility and service limits

epikoin may accept, decline, defer, or manually review an account. Healthcare, medical, dental, chiropractic, med-spa, counseling, behavioral-health, high-volume, multi-location, legal, financial, or other regulated or sensitive accounts may be excluded or require additional review. Eligibility rules may change as the service develops.

4. Client authorization and control

If services begin, the client must own or be authorized to manage each applicable business profile and must grant epikoin only the access reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services. The client remains the profile owner, controls permissions, and may revoke epikoin’s access. epikoin will not ask for a client’s personal password and will follow the applicable platform’s authorized access process.

5. Accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and lawful information and for promptly correcting errors. epikoin may rely on client-supplied facts but will not knowingly publish factual admissions, promises, legal conclusions, medical information, or other sensitive statements that have not been verified and authorized.

6. Review integrity

You may not use epikoin to create or purchase fake reviews, impersonate customers or reviewers, post or permit reviews by an owner, officer, manager, or employee without clearly disclosing that relationship, suppress lawful negative reviews, threaten reviewers, retaliate against employees or customers, selectively solicit only positive reviews, condition an incentive on positive sentiment, or otherwise manipulate ratings or violate a platform policy. epikoin may refuse or suspend work that presents an integrity, safety, legal, or platform-compliance concern.

7. Third-party platforms

Google, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Glassdoor, and other platforms are independent third parties with their own terms, policies, features, and enforcement decisions. epikoin is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. We do not control whether content is displayed, removed, restricted, restored, or ranked, and we do not guarantee a particular rating, response visibility, search position, or platform outcome.

8. Website and service materials

The epikoin site, brand, processes, response frameworks, templates, reports, and original materials belong to epikoin or its licensors and may not be copied, sold, reverse engineered, or commercially reused without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant epikoin a limited right to use submitted materials only to evaluate your request, communicate with you, and perform any services you later authorize.

9. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, harvest data, misrepresent your identity or authority, infringe another person’s rights, or use the site for unlawful activity. Automated access is prohibited except with epikoin’s written permission.

10. No professional advice

Website content and reputation observations are general business information, not legal, medical, employment, financial, tax, cybersecurity, or crisis-management advice. Sensitive matters may require a qualified professional. epikoin may recommend escalation but does not select or supervise outside professionals unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” epikoin disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. epikoin does not guarantee ratings, visibility, verification, search position, business results, or any third-party platform outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, epikoin and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or third-party platform decisions. epikoin’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $300 or fees paid to epikoin during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

epikoin may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, lost authorization, prohibited conduct, security or platform risk, or material breach. You may cancel recurring service as described above.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable rights, disputes concerning this website or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. We have intentionally not added mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date and providing legally required notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Review Response & Safety Policy govern the website and standard paid service unless a separate signed agreement controls.
